Hand Craps on chords
«

Most of the time i don't have any trouble but ever once in a while my fretting hand cramps up with playing barred chords. Yesterday, the day before and the day before that, I didn't have any trouble but today i'm hurtin'. Any ideas what causes that and what can be done to stop it?

It's probably because maybe you don't always play barred chords? I know mine hurt like that a lot when I play them, and that's mainly due to the fact that I don't play them often.
You're just gonna have to play them more often. Your hands should get used to it.
